First you have to want to quit Smoking the Coffin nails.
What I did was to pick up a pack of nicotine gum which I would only chew when I had a smoking urge or attack.
After the urge was over I would put the gum I was chewing in a small container to keep or reuse till the next one.
I also carried a small plastics bag with a rag that I wiped out some ash trays and would sniff & chew the used gum when I would have the urge to smoke a coffin nail.
(It stink that what you smell like to a non-smokers).
You have to break some old habits, 1. Smoking after meal’s 2. Smoking when drinking coffee or a beer or whatever-Maybe some old friends like the bar’s or clubs or after sex.
This year I turn 65 & it been 15 years since I quit smoking Cig’s.]]>
