Man's Best Friend- aka We All Need a Little Piece of Home

The news that I could have my dog, Cooley live with me at Spring Creek House, made being nearly 800+ miles away from home a lot easier!  I could bring a piece of home with me back down to Atlanta!  I’ve had Cooley since 2008 when I was a junior at Virginia Commonwealth University.  He has truly been by my side, as “man’s best friend”, when I needed him the most.  When I arrive back home in the evening, after a long day of activities at Side by Side, he is always there to greet me as I come in, with his tail wagging, searching for his closest toy he can find.  He never fails to bring it to my feet, tail wagging in circles, mouth open, ready to play!  I have come to find out, first hand, how a dog is truly man’s best friend!
