Daily some of us struggle with how we act,

Occasionally our actions can leave quite an impact,

On ourselves when we try to make sense,

Of behaviors we display with no defense,

As to the reasoning behind,

An impulsive mind.

Sometimes we are not aware,

What goes on under our own hair.

We can only attempt to validate,

Our decision making is not so great!
